William Scull

I retired from the New Jersey State Police in 2016, after a successful and decorated 27 year career. During my career, I gained extensive expertise in the field of criminal and administrative investigations, interviewing and courtroom testimony while serving in State Police road stations, the prestigious Major Crime (Homicide) Unit, as a supervisory member of the Attorney General’s Shooting Response Team, and in the Office of Professional Standards. I attained the rank of Captain and retired as the Executive Officer in the Office of Professional Standards. My tenure in the Office of Professional Standards involved commanding all criminal and administrative investigations related to the 2,500+ members of the Division, state-wide. I have continued to successfully apply my extensive investigative knowledge and insight to the benefit of our clients in the private sector through Ulbrich-Scull Investigations, LLC. The list of USI clients includes law firms, municipal governments, international corporations, private companies, security firms, consulting firms and individuals.
